When prompted, save the file misii.zip to any convenient folder and use WinZip to unpack it. Be sure the "Use folder names" box is checked when you extract the files so that the library files are properly extracted into a subfolder. The Zip file contains the misII program, a script library, and documentation files. MisII runs as a console (Command Prompt) program.
